BC Roofing LLC is a family-owned roofing company based in St. George, Utah. We serve homeowners, custom home builders, and commercial property owners across Washington County and Southern Utah.

The company was founded by Bibian, who brings 30+ years of roofing experience form the foundation of everything we do. His son Devin joined to handle project management and client relations, and together they brought in Mike — one of the most experienced commercial roofers in the region — to lead the commercial side of the business.

Together, Bibian, Mike, and Devin bring over 60 years of combined roofing experience. We install every major residential and commercial roofing system, and we do it with the care and accountability that only a family-owned company can offer.

We're not the biggest roofing company in Utah. We're the one that answers the phone, gives you a straight answer, and shows up ready to work.

Founder

Bibian is the founder of BC Roofing LLC and the backbone of the company's roofing knowledge. With over 30 years of hands-on roofing experience across residential and commercial systems, he's seen it all — and knows how to do it right.

His philosophy is simple: do the job right the first time, treat the customer honestly, and build a reputation that speaks for itself. That's the standard he set for BC Roofing LLC, and it's the standard every project is held to.

Mike

Commercial Roofing Specialist

35 Years Experience

Mike brings 35 years of roofing experience to BC Roofing LLC, including 15 years specializing in single-ply commercial roofing systems. He has installed hundreds of thousands of square feet of TPO, PVC, and FiberTite membranes on commercial buildings across the region.

When a property owner or builder has a large commercial flat roof project, Mike is who they want overseeing it. His commercial expertise is unmatched in Southern Utah.

Devin

Project Management & Estimating

8 Years Experience

Devin manages project coordination, estimating, and client communication for BC Roofing LLC. He's the person you're most likely to talk to first — and his job is to make sure your experience with BC Roofing LLC is straightforward, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.

Devin also leads BC Roofing LLC's relationships with custom home builders, serving as the point of contact for builder partnerships and new construction coordination.
